A good product, but watch out for battery issues
I already owned two other Cyberpower UPS systems when I purchased this one. When I plugged it in, it did not beep and the green LED did light but was blinking. I also could not get the accompanying monitoring software to recognize that the UPS was attached to my computer. I submitted a support request to Cyberpower, and they gave me an RMA and said I should return the unit. Faced with a $25 charge to return the unit to Cyberpower, and never one to believe "there are no user-serviceable parts inside," I opened the battery compartment and found that one of the battery wired was disconnected. When I connected that wire, the unit is now operating normally. I believe the blinking LED was an indication of the real problem, but I am unhappy with Cyberpower support that they could not tell me that fact. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS. IT COULD BE A PROBLEM THAT AFFECTS OTHER UPS UNITS.
