Logitech 910-001105 Performance Mouse MX
The Logitech 910-001105 Performance Mouse MX features Logitech Darkfield Laser Tracking so you get accurate, precise cursor control on virtually any surface, even glass tables (4 mm minimum thickness) where optical and standard laser mice fail.
All optical and laser mice use irregularities in the work surface to track the direction and speed of your mouse. The more irregularities on the surface, the easier it is for the sensor to track your movements. But there just aren't enough irregularities on clear glass for your standard mouse to work. With Logitech Darkfield Laser Tracking, the Logitech 910-001105 Performance Mouse MX reveals microscopic detailsallowing you to track on a surface like glass that leaves other mice confused. The tiny receiver for the Logitech 910-001105 Performance Mouse MX stays in your notebook. Theres no need to unplug it when you move around.

Great mouse, Failed too soon
I loved the feel and performance of this mouse when I first got it. After a year of use the right mouse button got flaky. 2 months later the left mouse button started going flaky to. Then the scroll lock button quit. Now it won't even connect to the transmitter. Great mouse while it worked. Reliability was very, very disappointing.
one of two of the best mice I ever owned
when matched with a k800 keyboard - a great pair - the unifying key works great (2.4 ghz)a lot better than the bluetooth ones
Best Mouse Made
I bought one of these mice about two years ago and used it every day all day. Then it had a problem with the left button where it would register two clicks each time I pressed it. It about drove me crazy trying to figure out what was wrong. When I used another mouse it would not do this, so I called customer support and they were happy to send me another mouse and I have had no problems since, and have even purchased another one for my laptop. I cannot find a better mouse and this company has the best customer support in the computer hardware world. Many time they have helped me when other companies would not have done so. I have many of their products and will always be a customer due to their excellent customer service department.
Doesn't last more than a year
I have my mouse for a few years now, and I have gone through four of them with Logitech support, because each has the same problem, it either starts skipping across the screen, clicks don't register, or it drops connectivity altogether. Logitech's support is quick to send you a new one out, but once the original devices 3-year warranty is up, they drop you altogether. My current and fourth mouse was sent to me just before my original's 3-year warranty was up, and I found out a couple days later that the battery didn't last more than 2 days. I contacted them, and they said that the warranty was up, and they couldn't help, even though this supposedly new one was just sent to me. The past 2 have been cheaply made, buttons tended to stick and squeaked. When it did work, it has a nice feel to it and fits my hand well, but then you start noticing the glitches, and it ruins the whole experience.
Best Mouse I've Used
I have had an Performance Mouse MX mouse since right after it came out. I love the fit in your hand & the fact that you can use it anywhere. I just replaced the battery after 2.5 years. I love the fact you can just recharge by plugging the mouse in while still using it.
