So far so good
We have purchased several CyberPower units and for the most part they work fine. All have lasted past their rated life. We are in an area with power issues several times a year and the CyberPower unit work well, but not trouble free. Two of our CP brand UPS units have failed without warning, no beeping or message out of 8 we own, they just turn off.
worked for 15 days
I bought 2, 1 failed after 15 days, no power loss just started beeping and just failed... several attempts with resetting, waiting, recharging, and within a few minutes or reconnecting devices, does the same thing. Warranty attempts are time consuming and cost consumer, even on a new product... we will see how it ends up...
