Fast Drive
New to Solid State Drives. Installed no problem, using a cloning device, Apricorn Drivewire, and software from that. Plugged it in afterwards and ran as if it had always been there, just a lot faster. I had a Hybrid Hard Drive which made the system a lot faster, but I wanted to tweak it a bit more. So far so good. Boots up really quick. Applications a lot faster. Even the Internet seems faster. However, with the Internet, the connection speed impacts that, I am sure. Now my only problem with my L675 Satellite Toshiba is the graphics which I cannot change. But to answer the question, would I recommend this item to anyone else, the answer would be yes. It does bring new life into a aging laptop. I paid 99.99 for it, just the other day, and to me that seemed like a good deal.

Great DEAL for the SPEED
Okay, I was aiming to get a different drive since I'm plainning on doing a RAID 0 for OS, but when I get this deal through my email. I couldn't pass it or say no... So, far drives are running smoothly at 24C. I sure recommend this to anyone who just want to try SSD.

excellent windows 7 64bit operating system drive
I was skeptical at first to use this drive for my op system due to a review about using it for windows 7, However after migrating the system from my old drive to this sandisk and then removing the old one and booting up on the new drive , I was stunned!!! I never seen my op system boot up so fast!!! It was as saying going from dark night to a blistering bright day. all my programs are running so dang fast there is no comparison. I was a WD raptor running 10,000 rpm. faster than most drives out there. I am considering to get one for my laptop as there would be no mechanical drive to use extra power. definitely a great buy!!

Win 7 Pro(64 bit OS)
I've been running this as a boot drive for 6 months, it is lightning fast, highly recommend. Only regret is it does not come with cloning software.
