SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
Our customer-friendly shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service selected (Ground, Air, Truck etc). If your order is shipped in multiple boxes or separate shipments the total shipping and handling charges are not affected but are prorated across each box or shipment based on the percent of the total order value that each box or shipment represents.

could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would
be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping
zip code.
TigerDirect.com uses UPS as the primary carrier for most small items.
Should you require faster service, UPS Seconday Day Ground (2 business days)
or UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) are available at an extra cost.
All large items (over 70lbs) are shipped via Truck.
TigerDirect.com ships from a state-of-the-art warehouse center in Naperville,
Illinois. In addition, we have a network of suppliers worldwide which
can drop ship special items to you directly.
PROCESSING TIME:
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Naperville, Illinois warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

TV's, stands, projector screens
and other large items are shipped via truck. Truck delivery is "Threshold
Delivery" only. In most cases threshold delivery means the item
will be delivered just inside the first floor front door of your home
or office. If there are steps leading to your front door the item
will be placed in your garage or delivered to your dock. When delivering
to an apartment building delivery will be to the central lobby only.
Delivery personnel will not unpack or setup the item for you and will
not place it in a specific room. Normal delivery hours for Large Item
Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. The delivery company
will contact you at the number you provide to arrange a delivery time.
Truck delivery transit time is generally between 3-9 business days
and varies depending on delivery location and conditions. Deliveries
to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and outside the continental United
States require additional transit time.
For security reasons, shipments may require a signature at the receiving location.
