Great picture and many transition options. It is impressive.
Great deal for the money
So far, frame has performed well. Pictures are nice and clear. Not real thrilled when small pics are blown up to fit the frame--to much filler space, but otherwise a nice frame to display the family photos. Haven't had any problems. Had bought other frames and returned them for more serious problems. Don't expect the same here. Happy with purchase.
Mine worked for about 10 minutes and then it froze. To get it going again, I had to unplug it. Also kept freezing while I manually cycled through my stored photos. Physically it is well-made. Features were promising. The clock was a good idea, but without a backup battery any loss of power meant resetting from scratch. The clock feature really begged for a remote control.
This viewer works OK, but don't expect to use the included support on a flat surface with the frame attached. The software allows you to shut off the frame at night (something the earlier 8'' frame doesn't do). So far I have selected the ''box out'' transition, Which is very slow. A few of my pictures look pixalated that looked OK on the 8'' frame, but most look fine. Don't go any lower than the 800X600 resolution in any frame you get unless it is really small!
