What you should know

Recovery Media

Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state).   Many do not even include Operating System disks.

This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.

However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media. 

Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!

If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.

Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information.  Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.

Good product at a fair price

Although the product was of good quality, I ordered the computer for Christmas with 2 day express shipping on the 15th of December. I received the computer December 27th. Needless to say, my daughter didn't have her gift in time. I was told that I would have the shipping cost corrected and would get somewhat a discount for all the inconvience. Haven't seen either yet.

Great setup for the price.

I ordered this computer because it had what I wanted. Please if you order this model take note, this is built by CyberpowerPC and not a stock item that ships immediately. Arrived about 2 weeks after weekend order was placed, same lead time as the CyberpowerPC website states. Came with 2 fans, one front and one back as well as a red L.E.D. bar that was not expected. Top cooling fan spaces will not fit a standard 120mm x 120mm x 25mm fan, you will need to find a 12mm thick fan to fit in that space if you want more. Lots of room for expansion in the case if you want to add more drives. Only downgrade I give is the case, the metal may be a little thinner than some cases, this I knew from checking components listed before ordering, but not really an issue.

have yet to receive

don't believe 2 to 4 day shipping time. It's been over two week and yet to receive a delivery date or tracking email.
