As most of us know, there are external USB floppy drives. No problem. I wanted an internal USB floppy drive. When I found this one I was ecstatic! Then it arrived and I found out that only the card reader portion is USB. The floppy drive portion is still IDC. Was I disappointed, you may ask? Well, yeah I was. So, I took it apart and made both portions USB. Put it back together and installed it. Woo Hoo, internal USB Floppy drive with card reader. Problem solved...
Not a USB floppy drive!
I should have looked more carefully at the pictures in the ad first to notice that it still had an old school 34-pin floppy interface connector. To many Features
This floppy has to many features for it's own good. The reviews on it were not good ( 60-40 60 being bad ). Thought it would work for me; I was wrong.
