Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks.
This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.
However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media.
Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!
If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.
Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information. Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.

Good computer, good price
Bought 2, the computers were easy setup to med-size business network, very little bloatware. I maxed memory out for 30 bucks. Really good office machines, bye bye dell. Hurray!
I expanded memory. greate speed and performannce. I recommend to everyone.
Made points with Mom!
Bought this computer to replace my mothers 7 year old Dell computer. Set up for Internet Explorer and her printer was a breeze. Good unit!
For a relatively inexpensive machine, good value for a general purpose machine. Added 2 gig of RAM for a total of 4gb which improved the responsiveness (about $25). As an aside do yourself a favor and check out ($39) System Mechanic Pro by Iolo. Cleaned up all the ''residue'' of a so called clean install and keeps your computer registry, files, hard disk, memory, etc running ''like new'' should be. All in all, a nice little machine.
Arrived sooner than expected. Good computer for the price paid. Use mainly for surfing the web so the speed is sufficient. This machine replaced a Dell that was a nightmare so we're hoping the Lenovo lasts longer than 18 mos like the Dell
