nice tv grainy picture
Basic flat L.E.D. TV no high tech anything. Only HD channels show clear, ALL other channels have POOR quality, i guse i got what i paid for.

Trouble out of box
This TV is gorgeous and low profile. If it had worked, it would have been a great buy. The plastic base had a huge crack in it, and would not support the weight of the television. Additionally, it had some trouble receiving HD signals. Customer Service took it back, no fuss. Kudos to their department for being so helpful. I should also add that, the warranty department at the refurb company, Sohnen Enterprises, was less than helpful. If you call their number during regular business hours, the system puts you through to an answering machine and you have to wait a day or two for them to call you back. Additionally, in order to collect on their warranty, you have to pay shipping to send the product out to them, which often adds up to about 50% of the cost of the item. On the whole, I'm somewhat less than thrilled with the refurb company.
